I hate to leave a bad review- she is a nice person but was not prepared for my reading at all. She started recording and messed up and instead of starting again, she wasted 2 minutes and re introduced herself. She also kept repeating herself and was reading what I had asked while she was trying to talk to me. She wasn’t prepared at all!
