I'd hate to leave a negative review... she seems lovely but I just don't think we had a connection. She started by saying that my heart was not compassionate enough for my current job... but my job is all about the profit & doesn't require compassion at all? Or maybe she meant I wasn't passionate about it... anyway. She then spoke a lot about how I should explore, experiment, daydream what I could do, telling me it wasn't impossible, emphasising I could do it etc. I've actually changed careers several times the past few years by choice (figuring out what I really wanted to do) so her advice didn't resonate... it was like she was talking to someone else who hadn't ever tried to experiment jobs/careers before... who is not me. I didn't feel like she had picked up on my current situation, but was just reacting to my "I'm not happy with my job, should I see if it improves or leave" question at face value. She did have one prediction, that I'd get a medical industry-related job in 12-14 weeks so if that happens I'll update this. She did respond to a follow up question I had really fast so that was nice.
