NEUTRAL - I appreciate her giving more info. However I painstakingly specified my questions & even recorded a video to specify to her to focus only on my questions YET she still did not cover any. I had to remind her in the comments section. 3 mins & $15 were wasted on info that I did not ask for 😕😞
