Can I just say I was having a stressful Christmas. I placed the order expecting an answer a day later. A few short hours later my question was answered. I first saw a friendly face in the preview and felt a sense of calmness because I was so nervous to hear the answer. She didn’t waste time and immediately dived into giving me a yes or no answer and then went further to explain how she got to the answer which again made me calmer!
