I don’t just say this light heartedly. I suffer debilitating anxiety, I have no tools or recommendations on how to overcome these negative, overwhelming and often debilitating thoughts. Im in a constant state of panic but I will say this advisor in many ways has helped me so much. I can’t tell anyone my anxiety is cured or ever will be as I’m aware need to do the work to get there but even with my Lowndes questions and often times repeated questions she’s been firm but also patient with me. I know no one can truly help me but me but she has really helped when I’ve felt I’ve had no where else to go
