When Patty said the POI’s no contact was due to him being preoccupied and it has nothing to do with me, while I was a little skeptical, the next day POI texted on own initiative saying was preoccupied on getting something set up in the house and therefore hoping I don’t think it’s ghosting - hence Patty was very accurate with strong clarity so thank you for the insights!!
