OMG. I just wanted to share an update. I have been reaching out to Alma since December of 2021. She had told me my road was going to be long but guided me with what I needed to do to help things along. Following her advice, I have been doing so much better. And just as she said, today I heard from my TF for the first time since September of last year! She had said the communication would be small, and it was but it happened! Thank you Alma!
