Hi ESO, The mediation meeting went well. U were so right. Everyone had their own agenda. The bullies, however, demonstrated perfectly why we were all in the room. They even bulldozed HR trying to run the meeting. I’m not sure if understanding was achieved but a total unawareness of their behavior n how it affects others was very evident! Thanku so much for yr guidance. It was very valuable for sure. I’m sure there will b much change ....
