Thank you for your insight and help into this situation. I'm a little sad, but I believe you when you told me, what you told me. He did say that he did get some trouble with supplies. I believe that it was time issues. His explanation was too smooth this week. Your reading feels more the truth and he seemed embarrassed when he told me about everything. The branch boss went with his explanation and advised his boss to let it go. I guess the branch boss may have felt a technicality, somewhere in there... thank you again! He seems different and faster with his time...Have a wonderful rest of your day! :)
