I don't like leaving negative reviews but there's no 'neutral ' option. The advisor misread or didn't read my comments and kept responding like a past event was present tense. I specifically wrote I was no longer at a job yet the advisor talked about it in the current sense. I requested clarification via texts and advisor again responded as if I were still there and should expect to "transfer" to a new role which makes no sense because...I'm not employed there so there's nothing to "transfer" to... I tried. I wish she'd taken time to actively read before responding.
