Truthfully I didn't feel like she connected with my departed loved one as it felt too generic, there weren't any validations except mesages of love. However, I understand she can only give me things as she sees. She was comforting too. So even though it felt a bit too generic, I would give her a positive review even if there was neutral option. She's lovely. 😀
