Such a pleasant personality so I don't like the frowned face option. Right after I asked her a question about my application for something, I got an email saying I was refused yet she said "it will go ahead as you planned". Now, I think that's due to her limiting herself to her cards (she said "no negative cards") instead of sensing anything from those cards or whatever.
