Straight forward and to the point. Did not tell me what I wanted to hear, but told me what I needed to hear and offered advice on how to handle and possibly fix the situation. Her explanation made complete sense too. I kind of knew this was how my POI was and she definitely confirmed it. Responded quickly and responded to my follow up questions quickly as well.
