Not very accurate
She’s really nice but her way of communication, (both spoken and written) is very confusing. She speaks too softly too, I can hardly make out the words. She means very well though and always offers to clarify. But with her, you always have to keep clarifying because her written explanation is also confusing. I still recommend her though.
