I was concerned at first because he spent the first 30 seconds explaining his methods. However, he answered my question before the end of the 3 minute mark so I'm not worried about it. He also answered my clarifying questions. I would say, he is an offbeat type of person, and has some communication issues, that might result in some people leaving him negative feedback, but he IS a good reader.
